Kat was raised to talk to the trees and the whales by her Scottish grandmother and she has never stopped and they tell her stories. Kat spent many years as an Arts & Crafts/Nature Director for the YWCA, Girl Scouts and at Teresita Pines. She also was a Girl Scout professional and wrote nature programming for her no longer existing council. Her degree is as a Naturalist Interpreter. She also can’t avoid sneaking through the shruberies so she has minors in Photography, botany, biology, geography and just for fun. anthropology.
